“My previous case had a different closing ‘flap’ and I wasn’t sure that this new version would work as well. I’m gradually getting used to it but am slightly concerned that the ‘flap’ may not wear as well. Apart from that, I’m very pleased with the colour and the leather which is different to my previous case.”

“I bought this as a present for my wife to go with her new iPhone 16e and I’m sad to say it was a disappointment compared with her old Snakehive case which had aged very attractively with years of use. The Metro leather is not as high quality or tactile as her old case - perhaps we should have ordered the vintage leather. The buttons are not “clicky” and quite stiff, making it really tricky to take screenshots, use Apple Pay etc. Construction quality and phone protection are still good but she has swapped to another case due to the buttons issue.”
