“Very pleased with the overall quailty of the product - just one downside. The side button is difficult to operate. You have to press unduly hard. When trying to download an App which required me to press twice in rapid succession to complete, it didn't work. I had to remove the phone from case to complete the download. Any suggestions as to how I might make the button easier to operate ?”
