“Sturdy, fits well, appears to be well made and the buttons all operate smoothly and reliably. The grain effect embossed into the leather provides a good level of grip. The built in "magsafe" ensure that the case attaches securely to my car vent mount. My only real criticisms are that the camera lens protection ring is unnecessarily bulky and there are some imperfections and area of unneveness in the leather on the back face of the case. The latter perhaps to be expected given that blemish-free leather hides command a premium and the very competive price of this item compared to what official Apple leather cases used to retail for before Apple went "vegan". It would be nice to see a wider range of colour options for the smoother leather finishes - classic Navy Blue and Oxblood Red (and even smooth black) would be welcome additions.”
