“I wanted a case as cover for my new i phone and misunderstood the description. Photo showed the back only. So I ordered a "wallet" which had a front cover and this was much more satisfactory - although I don't know how it's meant to be propped up according to the photo online. Any suggestions?”

As explained in our recent emails, the case that was originally ordered was for a Metro Leather Case. This is a back-case only, and not one of our wallet-style cases. Again, we do apologise for any misunderstanding. Many thanks for ordering one of our Vintage Leather Wallets! With regards to the stand function, your new Vintage Leather Wallet is hand-crafted from genuine nubuck leather, and like all good leather products, it will take a little bit of time and use for the leather to stretch. Please be assured that this is totally to be expected for a new leather product. The leather will begin to stretch & soften over a short amount of time and with regular use so that you can use the stand function with ease, as shown on our website. We would recommend placing a card into each card slot which will allow the leather to stretch & use the case as you normally would.
