“Quality didn’t seem as good as my last one. Also the fastening strap is shorter and I’m struggling to keep the usual things in the wallet part as it won’t fasten like the last one.”

“At first we ordered the wrong size so that is on us. It was easy to return so we ordered two, one in plum and one black. These were damaged in shipping and returned before we received them so it took quite a while to receive the replacements. When we received them, one was black and was the correct size. The other was also black instead of plum and, though the box said it was the right size, it wasn’t. So we are returning both and will not be doing business with Snakehive in the future.”

Your new Vintage Leather Wallet is hand-crafted from genuine nubuck leather, and like all good leather products, it will take a little bit of time and use for the leather to stretch. Please be assured that this is totally to be expected for a new leather product. The leather will begin to stretch & soften over a short amount of time and with regular use so that you can use the card & cash slots fully functionally and also close the case with ease. We would recommend placing a card into each card slot which will allow the leather to stretch & use the case as you normally would. You should then find that very shortly you will no longer be experiencing this.
