“You have asked me to write a review on your product. I have unfairly marked you down as a 1 rather than the 5 I suspect that your richly deserve (I have had your products for years on various phones and they are ALL BRILLIANT) That said I paid for this thing what seems a long time ago (I have had the phone for well over a week and more) I know that you despatched it, as yoiu emailed me, but I am sat here still waiting for it. Lovely phone with no Snakehive product to protect it all because whatever method of sending it has totally let you down. I suspect Royal mail is to blame. I really am sorry about this review as I suspect that you are not to blame, but you doid ask me to comment and that includes good and bad. The courier / postman that you used is s***e!”
