“Both myself and my husband have previously purchased covers over a number of years for our new phones and have previously been delighted . However, I just bought a new cover for my new iPhone and this one did not fit properly. As soon as you added more than more credit card to the slot in the wallet section, the cover would not close. When I reported this to their customer services, I was told not to worry it would stretch. When I went back to say this was not good enough as I'd never had this issue before and wasn't prepared to wait a few weeks in order to fully use the cover. They then said I could exchange it, but only if I returned it unused so they could resell. Of course, I have used it in the meantime in order to protect my phone! Plus this means they are prepared to sell it to someone else to have the same problem. Needless to say, we will not be buying from them again.”

“Third vintage plum Snakehive iPhone case, same quality and service, ’plum’ red colour mellows to a subtle reddish brown after a very short time. After four years the first case for iPhone 11 is still in daily use and shows no sign of wear, dropped many times with no damage to phone.”
