“I love the case, but the magnetic closure does not function well at all. With the phone and a couple of cards in the pockets it just doesn’t stay shut. I’m really disappointed as my previous case (for my old phone) was great. I have been intending to contact customer support about this.”

“I ordered as shown above but it DOES NOT fit my iPhone 16 Pro. It fits my old iPhone 12 Pro. I have been in contact with company but to no avail. They want me to take copies of package that wallet was sent in along with packaging, etc. A complete waste of my time. All I want is an address to send the teal wallet back and receive credit to my charge account. I have been waiting for an answer since January 30.”
