“I placed the above order on May 1st and the next day I received notification that it was being shipped by UPS and that I should receive it on May 6th. I did not receive it that day and when I look on the tracking site it states that it was delayed in San Antonio, Texas, and it hasn’t changed status since. Poor service!!”

“The black plastic case that the phone sits in is outstanding, the cut outs are precise , the fit of the phone in the case is perfect. It offers excellent protection on the sides and the back of the phone, with lovely wording on the inside of the back and on the outside, right side. The way the case looks and fits around the cameras is again outstanding. The shade of chestnut brown is slightly different to the first case I purchased from you for my iPhone 11 and the magnets in the clasp do not seem to to be quite as strong as they are on my iPhone 11 case. But overall I am quite happy with the case. The only problem that I have now is that I badly need a key pouch in chestnut brown , this is something I have mentioned to one of your advisors, but I am not to keen on paying extra for the postage, because your delivery is not as good as it used to be.”
