“The side clasp magnetic will not work. No pull on sides as so tight. Snakehive seems to have gone very downhill. I informed customer services and sent three videos and still had a chew on with them. They have finally agreed to take the item back and refund me. I have always bought from Snakehive for many years now, but I certainly won’t be going back as they have gone downhill.”
