“Great customer service as they sent me a replacement case for one that didnt arrive. I was excited to feel the product in hand. However it has a couple of design flaws for my iphone 14 plus. The case isnt deep enough for the ports to accommodate accessories that allow lanyard attachments. But the other concern is the opening for the mode sound off slider button is not centered enough to allow easy operation. Maybe the gals with fingernails can do it, but the opening top encroaches too close for simple access. Overall, i hope they addressed this on recent models. And they missed the mark on depth so that the phone “snaps” in. It just needs a bit more depth. Good piece of artistic design that needs work.”
