Grey colour doesn’t look the photos and came with the incorrect colour engraving and already starting to wear away

I have checked your order details and can see that the 'Colourless Emboss' option was chosen for your personalisation, which is simply the letters pressed in to the leather. Further to this, we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible, the colours and images of our products that appear on the website. However as our cases are handmade from different cuts of leather, it is expected that each case will vary ever so slightly, this is what makes each of our products unique!
