“The invitations are lovely and the care shown while I made changes to the proof was appreciated. However, I was surprised and disappointed that the envelopes and invitations were not the same colour. Every prepackaged card I’ve purchased from Smythson has had an exactly matching envelope so it did not occur to me that the bespoke ones would look like they didn’t belong together. I will hesitate to buy bespoke printed invitations from Smythson for any important event in the future.”
