“The diary now has no pencil and no pocket at the back so the quality is not so good and still charging the same! Also I gave you my correct address but DHL was given an incomplete address and the DHL website would not let me change and add the correct information. So not a good experience. I have til now had a diary from you every year. What has happened to quality and the delivery! Very disappointed.”
“The choice gets more limited every year and this year I struggled! I decided the best option was the Petrol, but it wasn't available in the finish I like and only embossed in silver - for the cost I suspect I will look elsewhere in 2027. I would also like to add that the ribbon marker has broken off on my last two diaries well before the end of the year.”
