“Being a senior citizen and having to grapple with new technology in some form many days it is a bonus to have a readable manual to answer questions. E.g, I couldn't understand why I wasn't hearing people or how to increase the volume until I discovered the switches on the left of the phone, both of which I had been pressing to turn the phone off at night, not knowing that one was the volume! Also the tiny switch turned the phone into silent mode - no wonder relatives and friends didn't understand why I didn't answer their calls! It is a manual to dip into as and when required knowing there will be an answer. A basic index at the back could be advantageous - like volume control, how to switch phone off to save battery.”
