“I was initially disappointed with the sound quality from the product but a quick call to Smart Home tech support identified the size of the 'ear cushions' as the issue and when larger ones were fitted, the sound was greatly improved. I'm not quite sure about the quality of the noise cancelling (didn't seem to have much impact when tried against someone snoring!) but the music quality is good. They seem comfortable to wear and i've only had one instance of one coming out”
