so I recently bought the Shokz OpenFit Pro, and honestly… I didn’t expect to like them this much. Thought I’d just drop my experience here because these things genuinely surprised me. First thing — they are simply amazing. I was actually looking for something different this time. Not just another pair of earbuds, but something that gives that premium flagship feel with solid sound quality and good tech behind it. And these really deliver on that. One big problem I’ve always had with earbuds is ear irritation and pain if I wear them for long hours. I’ve used plenty of expensive ones before — Bose, Sony, Beats, even HP — and after a while my ears would just start complaining. With these though… nothing. Zero discomfort. I’ve worn them for hours and honestly forget they’re even there. What really blew my mind is the open-ear concept. I was a bit skeptical at first. I kept thinking — how can something that doesn’t sit inside your ear still sound this good? And surprisingly the ANC works way better than I expected. The tech behind this is actually pretty impressive. Another thing I liked is that they have both button and touch controls. Anyone who has used touch-only earbuds knows how annoying it can be when something gets triggered accidentally. Having the physical button option is actually super useful. And the battery life is just crazy good. It’s been more than a week since I bought them, and my earbuds are still at 100%, while the case is around 60% — and that’s with 4–5 hours of daily use on ANC mode. I genuinely didn’t expect that kind of performance. Overall, I’m honestly very happy with this purchase. After using premium buds from brands like Bose, Sony, Beats, etc., these still managed to impress me in a different way. Now I’m actually curious to try more products from Shokz. I’ll probably pick up their neckband earphones next, especially for swimming use. If they’re anything like these, I think I’m going to enjoy them a lot. Definitely one of those purchases where you feel “yep… that was worth it.”
