“Purchased these headphones as my new LG TV is very intermittent when connecting to my Apple AirPods; so much so that exchanged the TV for a different model and still the problem continued. I’d had enough so purchased the Sonos ACE on sale to use audio swap with my Sonos ARC Ultra. Next day delivery via DPD and as usual Sonos standards packaged like luxury. Connected to app immediately and did a small update. Comfort wise: it’s been very hot (June 2026 heatwave) so these have been a little warm/sweaty when in use but nothing major. Audio quality: for music they are good, decent bass/treble and full EQ settings to use, can also listen in Atmos if stream supports. However, TV/films is my main purpose here and for that these are absolutely superb ! The head tracking is amazing. Audio swap is instant, normal TV programmes sound so good, great detail and volume levels. Watched Mavrick in Atmos and it was incredible! So much going on. Noise cancelling is also very impressive- good in this heat with a fan blasting away at me !! Sadly the zip on the case got jammed and broke, however SMS are going to replace it so no dramas. Would I pay the full £400 for these? Erm personally probably not, but the £270 I paid? Absolutely! Worth every penny.”

“Haven't used it for long periods yet just setting it up. But so far music playing is very crisp, clear and good levels of bass. Not the cheapest on the market but as i am slowly building a Sonos system of speakers it's another great addition. Next on list is home cinema which will add another extra feature to the headphones of using them by pairing to the main Sonos speaker.”

“Really nice headphones that are comforatable to wear and sound great. Used on transatlantic flight and the noise cancelling was better than my previous Sony headphones. Unlike my previous headphones I like that I will use these more often now they are linked to the Arc Ultra soundbar. Only negative is the zip on the case is not good, it is only a matter of time before it breaks.”

“At first the Bluetooth was glitching in and out reached out to support they managed to help me fix it it still happens sometimes not often quite good headphones customer support was very helpful and cooperative only down side is headphones aren’t water proof but that’s down to Sonos not the supplier overall quite nice”
