“I haven’t had the opportunity to use the stands yet as I’m still waiting for my Sonos Ultra Beam, but unfortunately both stands arrived with some paint peeling. However, the way Smart Home Sounds have dealt with the issue has been exceptional. They took action immediately to arrange replacements and have been liaising directly with the manufacturer to get everything resolved. What has really impressed me is the level of customer service throughout. They have kept me updated and checked in with me regularly without me having to chase or prompt them. It’s honestly some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. While there was an issue with the stands themselves, Smart Home Sounds have handled it brilliantly, and I would have no hesitation recommending them based on the service I’ve received. They stands will look great with my new Era 300's when set up.”
