“Absolutely excellent speaker hardware. Unfortunately completely hamstrung by being tied to an awful B&W app, which prevents most common-use smart speaker functionality. No way to play music from NAS music server. Radio plugin "service" lacks most popular radio stations. Only voice support is Alexa, and that's poorly implemented. B&W need to understand that this will only hinder sales and tarnish their reputation.”
