“Great product. Only issue was delivery chose Sunday delivery at check out due to work commitments. Dpd tried to deliver Saturday when I was out was put down for missed delivery phoned them said depot is closed on a Sunday so no delivery had to pay for a taxi to pick it up as had no transport. Tried to call smart home sounds Saturday Sunday and Monday always same answering machine message say office closed. Will never use either company again terrible service and communication. Please avoid shop around you will find items cheaper elsewhere”

“Loving this turntable. Had read that it was supposed to be fiddly to set up. As a novice I found it was very straightforward. Linked it through an existing amp and put some 30 year old vinyl on. Sound was beyond expectation.”

“A very good turntable and a great price. Set up is one where you need to get the balance on the arm correct, so watching a YouTube video helps here. I also bought some small scales to help get the adjustment correct. Once it is correct the playback is great. I'd recommend this turntable.”
