“Great product but poor customer service from Slims. When the item was delivered, the lid wasn't screwed on correctly and it leaked inside the packaging (at least 1/4 of the bottle). I contacted Slims who offered me 10% off my next order. I would have preferred a replacement as it was the first time I'd used Slims and I was unlikely to use them again. I definitely won't be using them again.”
