“Well built, nicely balanced and fairly low on vibration in use (it's not possible to stop a machine with an oscillating weight from vibrating completely but the DA6 appeared to keep this to a minimum). Comes with a 6 metre mains cable, the on/off switch is well placed, positive in action, pretty much impossible to accidentally operate I would say, ditto the speed control. Overall the polisher feels comfortable in use, is not too heavy and did a good job of gently polishing out the wiper scratch marks on the windscreen of my much loved Mercedes Benz C220 Coupe. My paint doesn't need any correction but I will be using the DA6 to give her a good polish soon ! I was looking at a Rupes Bigfoot machine (crazy money) but for the occasional detailer like me, the DA6 does everything well enough. Recommended without reservation.”

“Polished is excellent as well as the heavy and medium pad. The lightest or softest polishing pad fell apart after a couple of minutes making a serious mess over the freshly polished area. I phoned to complain as was told that "it is a cheap pad and the quality isn't that good". Why sell it or supply it with a kit if you know the quality is poor? Slims did send me a replacement next day but I won't be using it because of the mess the first pad made.”

“I have been looking for D A polisher for a while now and reading up on reviews found a lot of people recommending this machine, easy to use and not to expensive, I ordered it with pads from Slim's with free delivery, package came 2 days later well packed and everything as it should be. I have used it on mine and the wife's car and I'm very impressed, I will be ordering more stuff as I go.”

“arrived promptly in 2 working days, as stated on slims website. The machine looks and feels quality despite its relatively low price, I've only used it on two cars but it's very easy to use, cleaned a metallic 4x4, general polish and wax, great result in no time, 80mm and 150mm pads used, had a fantastic result on a red convertible, cut, polish and wax, all scratches removed, would recommend this machine but would advise to buy a selection of various size backing plates and pads, very happy”
