How big is Big MoFo? Well, I cleaned my roof and side skirt at the same time. Brilliant quality.

After testing this mitt I'm hooked. For those using the two bucket method you may struggle as I did with this mitt. Due to its sheer size it becomes a two hand operation to control it when wet on vertical surfaces. On first contact with a dirty car this mitt is amazing at removing dirt quickly and effectively. My issue was I couldn't get all the dirt out of it using grit guards in the clean rinse bucket. It's also difficult not to dilute the wash solution because this mitt holds so much liquid. Both buckets quickly fill with dirt particles. A consequence of the two bucket system i know, but the sheer amount of dirt this mitt picks up compounds the issue. So why do i adore this mitt? All my chenille wash mitts now reside in a one wash bucket. Lounging in a far less concentrated shampoo solution. The rinse bucket is now empty. Spray a little concentrated wash solution on the area I'm cleaning, then plonk this on it. Feels slick and glides effortlessly over paint, for both the horizontal and sloping surfaces. I've found it easiest to use cleaning the roof, then the glass with one side of the mitt. Flip it over and complete the front and rear. The dirty mitt then goes into the empty rinse bucket. The vertical surfaces are finished off with smaller more manageable mitts and when they're dirty they also go in the empty rinse bucket. My wash solution is always clean and stays at the concentration i choose. I use much less product and achieve better results than i did previously using two buckets. Sped up the wash process saving time. Most importantly it's halved the amount of water in the buckets used to clean each car. A word of caution. Do not machine wash. My washing machine didn't like trying to spin it. I'd advise you to wash this mitt by hand. You'll then understand why a grit guard doesn't stand a chance of getting the dirt out of it. If you've read through all this I hope this helps you make an informed decision based on some of its pros and cons.
