“Delux Kit arrived in a Slims Detailing box, not a genuine Rupes box. The kit contents all showed signs of use, the machine condition was ‘used’ with damage to the rubber protector blocks and surface marks on the machine. All content in the kit was opened and damage to the packaging and contents. Slims offers me a partial refund of £150 against this £636 kit, if it wasn’t for the logistical headache of returning this machine (international shipping/customs)I would not have accepted this refund. Very poor rating given as I can’t belive Slims are sending out used damaged products. I was a loyal Slims customer, not anymore, BUYER BEWARE.”
