I can see it working shortly after being applied. I used the Sim,s Dual Action sprayer and diluted to 1:3 and removed medium soiling with ease. The directions do say that you can make it stronger, but unless you are trying to clean an HGV that hasn’t seen a jet wash in 50k miles then I think it should be strong enough.

I keep my detailiung supplies in plastic boxes, and a friend of mine when I opened my wheel box started drooling. The smell - CG Diablo Gel Wheel cleaner. As part of a three bucket regimen (wheels, wash and rinse) add a big squirt of the gel to your wheel bucket then use a pressure washer with the nozzle under the surface of the water turned on for ten seconds or so to produce oodles of foam. Pop in your wheel woolies, dedicated wheel wash mitt and other brushes for your nuts and you'r ready to rock and roll. Address each wheel in turn, rinsing first with a pressure washer, then attack from top down with the biggest woolie, then whichever brush you use for the nuts and smaller spoke gaps and around the tyre valve. Wash mitt or soft bristle brush on the face of the wheel then wash mitt to get behind the spokes. Rinse off with pressure washer to finish. A big squirt is just about enough for four wheels, but this time of year add an extra dash to keep the suds going to the last. Smells just as good when you empty the bucket too.

Great wheel cleaner if you keep on top off your wash circle. Smells good to and a good foam of it when worked in. If your wheels are covered in brake dish then you will need something stronger.

Diluted as directed on bottle (distilled water) and it works a treat. Still a sticky gel that stays where sprayed and cleans well.

Bought based on the countless good reviews. Chews through everything with ease but you may still need a separate tar remover depending on initial state of wheels. Applied via a foaming spray bottle then agitated with a brush and left to work. I had been using Billberry cleaner but no more. Also works exceptionally well cleaning up drivetrain on the MTB.
