“The snow foam lance doesn't work properly and when I complained I was told to clean it after every use,but it is brand new!my second email was ignored so I definitely wouldn't recommend slims detailing or any non branded products from them which are cheaper on eBay anyway.”

“The foam Lance was better than I expected.... its quite robust and produced a good foam from a karcher K4. One issue was that turning the reservoir control knob in the '+' (positive) direction actually reduced the amount of pick-up from the reservoir; in my head it should have increased the pick-up amount of reservoir contents. Sooo, I turned the knob full negative and that increased the amount product that was pulled from the reservoir. The B&H auto foam did a great job of stripping off the winter road grime.”
