“Sadly Slim's failed to live up to both an assured next day delivery on this and other items on successive ocassions i.e failed to deliver on the first and 2nd day despite a call in between. Total time to deliver 72 hours. Acknowledge Slims have no control over the courier, this does not mitigate the fact the company failed to dispatch into such firv48 hours, meaning wasted time and resource at the customers end. Worse, now apology or reply to previous feedback...disappointing.”
