“We loved Dancing Hill Cottage and if we could afford to stay every Christmas, we would. The views attracted us to book and did not disappoint. The panoramic view from the family room and from the outside terrace is amazing!”

“Really good communication from Sleeps12 and the house keeper Julie Smith although there were some discrepancies in that Julie said we needed to bring tea towels and dish cloths and we didn't need to. However, Julie was super friendly and helpful in showing us round the accommodation and i liked the fact that she emailed me a couple of days before. Excellent. Could have done with more dishwasher tablets as 4 for 4 days was not enough given that we did have more than 4 meals over the course of 4 days - seemed a bit mean. Table tennis balls didn't seem to bounce too well on the table - not sure if it was the balls or the table. Kitchen knives could do with some sharpening. Overall, the space really worked well for our party. Lots of areas to chat and party. Might be worth mentioning that there is a big step down from kitchen to dinning area (unless i missed that) for those with mobility issues. All of the above are just small issues as overall we absolutely loved the place and spend a happy 3 days there.”

“The property was very well serviced and the sized layout was very good for our group of mixed ages. Small improvements to be made is to supply more dishwasher tablets and BBQ coals, for a group of ten people, we were not given many. Also shower gel and shampoo in bathrooms??”

“Loved the hot tub, and the children were in three swim spa every day. Facilities are very good our only gripe would be that we were unaware of the two large steps between the kitchen and the dining room my partner who is 81 has Alzheimer's disease did struggle with them, if it was all level you would have got 10 / 10. Overall though a very enjoyable experience.”

“We really liked how spacious the property was and also how comfortable the beds were. The swim spa and jacuzzi were the highlights for us, especially with the great weather we had during our stay. The only thing we found difficult was lighting the BBQ, so perhaps some fire lighters provided would help with that (although the fact that the charcoal was provided was a bonus). We had such an amazing time and would certainly book again.”
