“A special mention has to be given to Simone from sleeps 12 - we had to contact her on Christmas Eve about an issue with the pool. Knowing that it was Christmas we knew it was unlikely to be sorted out but Simone went above and beyond trying to help us and came to visit us on Boxing Day. A big thank you to her!”

“Nice welcome to the house we all enjoyed the swimming pool lovely and clean the house was so spacious with everything you need for an excellent stay for family and friends we all enjoyed it so much we didn’t want to leave !!!”

“The only feedback I would give is to restrict the cleaners, swimming pool and garden maintenance teams from coming onsite until 10am, trying to pack cars and exit the parking lot with multiple people, vans, trailers and children moving around wasn’t the best end to what was a fantastic break ! TY we will be back again..”

“Thorncombe was lovely, a great size and our party ranging from ages 3 to 90 all really enjoyed. The pool is excellent and a lovely temperature, not at all cold. Only a few tiny areas for improvement and I am being very picky, it was really warm in the upstairs bedrooms even with the windows open, maybe a portable fan for these rooms. Also some of the outdoor benches and the slide frame need a little TLC, but as I've said that's me being very picky. We loved Thorncombe and will definitely be returning in the future.”
