“We stayed at Beaverbrook Barn for a week in July (2022) celebrating our daughters 40th birthday. We have nothing negative to say about this beautiful property. It is exactly as described in the brochure (better actually!) and the indoor swimming pool and hot tub was fantastic, especially as there was a heatwave during our stay. Air conditioning was available in all the public rooms and also in the bedrooms. There were 15 of us plus one dog and there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the wonderful facilities. The owner, Anthony, was very helpful and Beaverbrook Barn is an absolute credit to him! We would have no hesitation in recommending this property. 5 stars!!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Beaverbrook; the house have everything and more to keep us all entertained (guest age ranged from 1 to 70), I would highly recommend. Anthony was there to welcome us, showed us around to explain all the gadgets, and made sure we all enjoyed our stay. We had originally booked to stay in January 2021, but due to Covid restrictions we had to change our dates to January 2022, Sleeps12 were incredibly helpful with changing our booking and it was definitely worth the wait. Many amazing memories made in this stunning house, thank you, we are already thinking of what excuse we can use to book again!”

“Wow, what can I say? Beaverbrook is simply amazing and we all had the best time staying there. We were a group of 20, comprising friends and family, mainly in our 50s and 60s and none of us could fault a thing. Anthony, the owner is a great guy and has thought of everything to ensure his guests have a wonderful stay. He was very welcoming and always so helpful when we had any questions. It is a credit to him and his team that Beaverbrook is so immaculately presented and clean that you would think you were the first guests to stay there. We stayed there just before Christmas and were very lucky with the weather so we got out during the day for walks and visited local towns. I particularly liked Lyme Regis, but the best bit was coming back to Beaverbrook and using all the fantastic facilities. In fact some of the group didn’t leave the property! The spa hall was incredible and along with the games room was a big hit. We even managed a bbq and sat out in the garden! I’d thoroughly recommend Gayla Stewart. She cooked us a fantastic three course meal. It was lovely to dress up and relax knowing that all the cooking and clearing up was taken care of. The lounge, games room and kitchen/ dining area are huge so plenty of room for everyone, but even with a smaller group it would be just as perfect. Beaverbrook really is a special property with 5 star facilities and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it or to go back. This was the first time I’d used Sleeps 12. A friend had recommended them to me. I can see why. They are a very professional company with great customer service and excellent communication. If you are reading this you are probably considering booking; take it from me just do it, you won’t be disappointed.”

“The house was more than we what expected! There was 23 of us and there was still so much space! The fire cabin, the pool, longe and olay room were used a lot! I would 100% recommended!”

“Had a great Christmas, didn’t go out at all, but some of our group went to Lyme Regis and had a walk on the beach. Went in pool everyday and just chilled. Fabulously equipped kitchen which made everything so much easier. This was our second visit to this house.”
