“Excellent variety of spaces inside and out for a large party, including a party with multiple generations. The arrangement of furniture and spaces in the larger sitting room might perhaps be reconsidered to make it more homely and usable. But really, the house is excellent as it is and we congratulate the owner on his attention to what would suit his guests.”

“The grounds of the property was excellent and included football, climbing frame, play area and games room. The property had enough downstairs space for everyone. The only minor improvement could be raising the temperature on the pool. If used in the morning it was too cold for the smaller children in the afternoon. We had a fantastic time and would recommend this property, would definitely use again.”

“The privacy of the property’s location was an added bonus. There was ample room for all 11 of us spread out and do our own thing or sit together around the table to eat. It also had beautiful gardens that we would have made use of had the weather been better but it was October. The swimming pool was fantastic for all the family. I think the one thing that would have really helped would be if there were extra lighting outside in the garden guiding us from the pool to the house, as we had to use the light on our mobiles to find our way to and from the pool and the house at night in the dark, especially when carrying small children. We all said how comfortable and relaxed we felt and wished we’d stayed longer, hopefully we will book Garden Court again and definitely recommend it to others. Thank you for making the whole process a smooth and stress free one, and leaving us all with great memories.”

“The garden was lovely for all of us .the older ones sat in the sunshine and read news papers or played boules while the younger more energetic played games on the pool. The air hockey was a huge success too.”
