“Very disappointing service. I set up a subscription which did not appear on my account so I thought I hadn’t then an order appeared and I was unable to get hold of anyone to sort it. Then no one answered my e mails so I called the main switchboard and finally got through to someone who e mailed on my behalf. Someone did get back to me and cancelled the subscription but then no one answered my e mails again so I could return the unwanted products!! The hole thing has been very time consuming!
