“Ordered on 10th July - now is 21st July and still not received the shampoo I've paid for. Customer service is bad - have to 'raise a ticket' for someone to message back. They don't reply to messages - you have to raise a ticket each time you want to ask questions. The people on the phone say that they are not connected to the website. So they will not help. It is an extremely poor and frustrating system.”
