“Started suffering from rosacea about three years ago at the age of 44 and read that it could be down to the menopause. It got progressively worse and started to affect my mood and self confidence but then my daughter read an article about another sufferer who'd found KALME cream and it had made such a difference to her skin, so I gave it a go too. What a transformation!! My skin looked much better within a couple of days use and now four months later my face is free of spots and red patches - I would recommend this cream to anyone suffering from rosacea and will be buying it for as long as I need it - for me it's a true miracle cream, thank you KALME.”
“Bought the range, this was included. Won't go out without it now that Kalme has calmed my rosacea. Hoping along side the UNDERCOAT it will keep rosacea hidden away beneath the skin.(not under make up). Three weeks of using KALME range including camo cream and redness greatly reduced.”
“I only used this once and had to take it straight off. I folliwed the instructions and shook it really well before applying however it was really shiney and looked like I had applied a children's sunscreen on my face which no matter how much I tried to rub in did not go away, was very white in colour and very noticeable. I feel really disappointed as was soo hoping after reading all the positive reviews that this would be the one.”
“Day cream is fantastic - absorbs quickly and does not leave white or shiny veil on my face and neck. I have tried so many different sunscreen creams in the past 5 years and this is the first one that has worked from the get-go and has kept working for me. I suffered from medication-induced photo-sensitivity last Aussie summer due to ingesting antibiotics for 18 months to control Rosacea. What a nightmare. I stopped the antibiotics and decided to put up with the red skin - but now that I have found the Kalme range, the redness has reduced and my skin has stabilised. Very Very happy. Pricey - especially to Australia - but worth it.”
“I have used this cream for red patches on my face with great results for a few years. I recently noticed a change in the thickness of the cream starting with a bottle leaking in my luggage on a flight due to the flip top lid and the watery consistency of the cream. I reported this to Skinshop who just thanked me for the feedback. I bought another 2 items by way of replacement and was sad to see that the change in the consistency of the cream appeared to be a permanent feature. I again reported this to Skinshop who suggested that I shake the product before use! I'm sad to say that I'm no longer buying this product due to the reduced quality which isn't as effective on my skin and certainly doesn't provide the same level of sun protection. I'm also pretty disappointed with the reaction of the Skinshop team who don't seem to work on the principle of making customers happy. A replacement in the first instance would have been nice since it was obvious that there flip top lids are not up to the pressure of flying. Perhaps the change is intentional and due to saving money? Who knows? Anyway one lost previously loyal customer.”
“I didn't know what to expect from this one as I don't have a very good track record with SPFs but this went on really smoothly, the consistency is nicer than I expected and although it took a couple of minutes to fully sink in my skin didn't feel too heavy or clogged wearing it and it didn't make my redness flare up at all, if anything it calmed it down.”
“Don't do what I did. Apply your Undercoat first. I didn't read the instructions. They are a bit small without my glasses. I cleansed then applied the day cream and it was a problem to rub in. Luckily someone had emailed me and warned me it needed to be rubbed in a lot bc the natural zinc etc lies on your skin. However now I am doing it correctly it is much easier. Apply after Undercoat and it slips on more easily. It does reduce redness. I'm going through a flare up at the moment so it is helping.”
