“I have been using Day Defence and Night Repair for a few years now. The trick is to use them regularly. I can say I use both creams 90% of the time all year round. The Day Defence is similar in texture to a sun cream maybe a little thinner but not much. I apply it just the way I would a sun cream - Is it effective? I think so as my face did look like a slapped bottom prior to using it regularly.”
