“Have used this product for years as I have acne rosacea and allergies. After trying many difference products for these conditions this is the only one which I can continually use without a flare up and it has calmed my skin, also because is has SPF included cuts down using a separate sun protection product. It is easily and quickly absorbed to allow make up to be applied soon after. Thought at start of purchasing this item is was a bit on the expensive side however, you do not need to use much and actually works out more cost effective.”

“Please note you cannot skip the subscription as per the subscription page as I thought you could. Skin shop will cancel then reinstate order without warning as though it is an error. They then will send out your order. After order arrived unexpectedly (as I had placed an order for completely different items so was expecting skin shop communications) when queried tell you that the function to skip is not "live" on the site and that you should adjust and set up frequency of delivery to match what your usage actually is.
I was then told if I didn't want item I was to return it when it was received as though it is my responsibility. Not exactly convenient or cost effective and definitely not how a subscription service should work.
