“My menopuase related seberic dermatitis on my scalp is so out of control and will not go until my hormones have been balanced.
It is really bad on my scalp, not an area on my crown thats isnt affected. Also affecting my arms, ears, side of face etc....
I've just started using this. The smell isnt great, but its not a deal breaker....
The condition will not disappear until my hormones have been sorted, so I needed somthing to manage the symptons I have. My head doesnt itch, but it gets crusty and if I scratch it an oily like substance then blood get released. It's painful and sore. If I touch my hair I shed so much skin, white and flakey and it's embarassing. So far so good, I'm scratching less, there is less shedding when I touch my hair or head and it's not so sore, and the crusty patches on my scalp are so much better, alot smother skin and allot less crusting. So im expecting it to improve more and be able to keep the condition under control until I get my hormone levels right. Im sover the moon with the resuts so far...

“So far so good! Some time ago a Dr diagnosed me with dermatitis on the scalp. Did they give me anything for it that helped? No they didn’t.
I have tried MANY shampoos and every single one has made my scalp feel like it’s burning or caused a lot of itching. I have to stay clear of high street brands or anything that has harsh chemicals in it.
This shampoo & spray, so far, have calmed my scalp, and reduced the itching quite a lot. I have to wash my hair every 2-3 days, as it gets greasy (but I think that’s down to the dermatitis, it never used to be greasy).
I like how the they give my hair some volume and shine.
Hopefully it has a good long term effect on my scalp and hair.”

The tonic is excellent too as you can spray it on your scalp whilst your hair is damp and dry your hair as normal.

“Had been dying my own hair for the last 5 years. I have quite thick hair so I didn’t take much notice of a very red scalp after dying my hair.Recently this red scalp became more and more itchy and thinning also. I had already sorted out redding and itching around my eyes which had been diagnosed as ocular rosacea. MGD and bliparitus. I came across Hydrosil gel and has eased the horrible itching around my eyes amazingly. I thought why not give the Hydrosil and scalp tonic a go!! “Tonic unfortunately gave me a reaction to my neck after applying to my hairline. Shampoo I have noticed a small difference but my scalp still dry. Maybe after a couple weeks use I'll notice a bigger difference”
