“I bought this to help with persistent hip pain and stiffness. I have found it is most effective when the stiffness is at its worst although it is not a miracle cure. Using it before I get up helps me to get out of bed slightly more easily but unfortunately it does not seem to have any effect on milder pain and stiffness.”

I have tried many different creams that help for the short time but this is the only cream that really helps me especially when my muscles are in really painful knots. Like most It would be great to get this in a larger size so you don’t have to buy so many at the one time. Obviously the price is an issue too but when you are in so much pain you would just about give anything to feel a bit of relief. Apart from the medications and patches etc that I get from my Gp this is the only cream I now buy.
