“This is my "go to" for pain relief concerning hip and lower back. I have a dozen or so gels etc. on hand, but the one I always turn to if the pain is bad, is Celafen. It absorbs easily, has no smell, is not greasy and work within about 15 minutes. And it's reasonably priced.”
