“Brilliant, l have been using this as long as l have been using Actimas (Celafen). I find them just as good as one another, so l shall keep ordering them together. The Boswellia is good on my Hip pain which isn't as severe as my knee pain”

“I'm only a few days into using Bosweilia cream. Whether it's psychological or the cream is having an effect my most troubled knee with a wrecked ligament does seem a little more bearable. I'm not sure how many times a day to apply or to what extent, but at present twice a day for a couple of minutes until feeling a burning effect, morning and before bed. I'd welcome more advice. I'm hopeful this cream will enable my knee to move better and less painfully.”
