Was the website information on the product clear and accurate in relation to the product you have actually received

“Product arrived on time. So no complaints there. But the product I received was branded ellici. I can only assume they are all made in the same factory and used by different brands. But if I order a reginox sink my customer expects the sink to be branded reginox. There was no mention of this upon ordering.”

Dear Mr Western Thank you for your review. Our website page does clearly show the product is made in the Elleci factory and also in the bullet points on the description it states the product is labelled as Elleci. I'm sorry you missed this information. We would be grateful if you would be kind enough to revise your 2 star rating?
