“Looks nice. Heavy to use. Stiff to pull out. Turns on and off in the opposite way to what is normal, takes some getting used to. In the meantime get soaked along the way. Ordered it in December 2024 arrived April 2025 - not best pleased. Easy to wipe clean. Has a stupid restrictor fitted so flow is very slow unless you remove it but the entire tap needs to be Dismantled in order to do that so do it straight way is my advice. Mine arrived with a broken internal plastic thing in its opening which has to be replaced. however, although they will send it to me - i have to do the work myself and they sent instructions that even my husband is having a hard time following. A plumber has quoted more than £100 to fix that for me ... £90 call out plus 45 per hour. Basically, told me to go forth and multiply, so go ahead and use them if you want a company that apparently pride themselves in great customer service, although I'm still yet to see it. They reply fast enought but not able to help much. Actually exactly what you would expect from British standards today sad isn't it. Oh, almost forgot , and it drips!!”
