“As the title suggests, the actual sink arrived in perfect condition, v pleased with it. As for that delivery, when the driver rang the doorbell, he'd already loaded the whole pallet onto the roadside, and was pretty forceful about being on his way asap. Having read on the website that the driver must wait for you to check the product, I was a bit surprised that he was so insistent, but, having seen how well packaged the whole pallet/package combo looked, I decided to accept it (with the intention of opening it immdiately once inside so that if there was damage, he would still be fairly nearby). Happily, no damage, and v pleasd as I said. But now I'm stuck with a flaming great wooden pallet in my front garden! How the hell do I get rid of it?”

“Great sink. The company cut the hole for us because I know it’s been known to have it crack if not done properly. You are asked to open the box before it leaves the courier truck ( the guy delivering could not have been more helpful) great quality, and we are very pleased.”

“High quality sink which comes with overflow and waste connections. Really good template provided for marking out cut out on worktop. Glittery silver touch to the black composite sink, looks great when fitted. Easy to fit, supplier knocked out tap hole for me which helped. Great product, great price, great service.”

“I bought this product in white and when it arrived I was very happy with the quality. However, once fitted, it didn't take long for me to realise this was not the case. Within a day of use the sink was scratched A LOT. Even just placing a rack on the draining board caused it to scratch. I did send an email to customer services but I did not hear back. After about a week I noticed a few stained areas, which would not clean. Now, after just a few weeks the whole sink looks a murky brown colour. Once again I contacted customer services but as yet I still haven't heard anything, this is extremely poor. Do not buy this product in a light colour, you will regret it”

“Wanted a square shape sink and in a lighter grey and no blank tap hole (important to press tap holes ourselves so that we didn't have to put a blank over opposite hole) Looked for ages for just the right sink and finally found these online, just what I wanted, fast delivery and even cheaper than sinks I had previously ordered and had to return as they were different to description. After a lot of shopping around very very pleased.”

“Brought this sink for our utility room its great and would be an asset to any kitchen. Really pleased with the design and quality. It even came earlier than expected well done. The sink was Grey and not black you may like to correct this.”
