“I ordered a sink basket and when it arrived it was too big for my sink. I telephoned and was given the details to return it and he re-ordered the next size down for me. When it arrived it fitted perfectly. I had a very good experience with the chap on the phone who was so helpful and kind and did not hold me responsible for ordering the wrong size. The quality of the basket was great. Definitely use this company again.”
