“It's very difficult to write a review on something which just does its job in the best way. My wife and I were looking around a building supplies and chanced on a whole range of Mixer Tap. There were about eight different pull out mixers, so we were able to check them all out. The Abode Genio was in my opinion the best design. The pull out part is not connected to a spring which makes it a pain if you are trying to wash something whilst holding it, and the spring part is pulling the flexible pull out back. Some of the others have a single tap which mixes internally, the Abode Genio has two taps so that exact temperature can be gained especially if you have a mains pressure on the cold and a gravity feed hot on the other. Last of all the support for the pull out part may be swung out of the way whilst using the pull out or just pushing the whole mechanism out of the way. I would say that an engineer had something to do with the design, and not a trendy fashion designer who has never used his designs in the real world. It's a bit like the use of the old Befast sinks becoming a trend. I'm old enough to remember a wooden draining board hanging over the sink with a gap that eventually became clogged up with all sorts of "Gak". Bad design by some one who has never lived with one. One last comment the price of the Abode Genio was really good, check it out folks, thank you sinks-taps.”
