“It could be a really good tap - all the right features and a fair price compared to others. The tubing of the spout isn't particularly thick so is slightly "tinny" compared to (expensive) others, but it works OK. The controls work well - so far, it's only been installed a week. But.... The fittings for the hot & cold flexible feed pipes are very very difficult to fit - tightening the hex ends when they're up inside the base tube and you can't get any sort of spanner properly onto them. As supplied, they were actually impossible to fit - the outlet/fixing pipe had been pre-fitted & thread-locked, and the proximity of the feed tubes means the hex fittings foul on the pipe. Eventually I managed to unscrew the pipe, fit the feed tubes and refit the pipes. I've chosen the ratings for the installed tap, rather than the ease of installation”
