Was the website information on the product clear and accurate in relation to the product you have actually received

“I have no problem with the appearance and quality of this tap but I don't believe it should be classified as low pressure. On installation the flow rate was 3l per minute which means 3 minutes to fill a standard bucket. The flexible hoses supplied have now been replaced with rigid pipes but the flow is still only 3.5l per minute and I don't think this is satisfactory. The water head is 4m and I have another kitchen tap in adjoining room which is on the same supply which gives 6l per minute.”

“Quality tap- Bluci. Delivered next day with a 1 hour delivery slot. It's the second tap I've bought. Would definitely use sink-taps again. ;-)”
