“These taps look beautiful, very sleek and elegant with a slight forward slope so don’t stand too high and with enough space to fill kettle. I spent some time doing my research and was delighted to find that Abode Linear Flair were suitable for low pressure systems where most others were not. However this is not the case, my plumber fitted them today and although the cold water tap runs well the hot water is poor. Very disappointed as they look lovely.”

Dear Agnes Spink Our website clearly shows that this particular tap is not low pressure and does need an absolute minimum pressure of 0.5bar. We also have a flow rate on our technical specification that shows the flow of hot water on a low pressure system will only deliver around 2 litres per minute. I would presume you had a plumber install the tap for you and they should have advised you that a tap of 0.2bar would be more appropriate for your system. I also note that you placed the order on the internet. If you had called our sales team or technical team for advise, we would have been able to recommend a number or different options.
