“Taps arrived well packaged but unfortunately when I inspected the kitchen tap I found it was damaged, the spout had been scratched due to the leaver handle placed loose under the spout , I emailed customer service and Richard contacted me and said he was very sorry this happened and would contact the manufacturer and get a replacement sent out, which I received 3 days later I would like to thank Richard and the team for a quick response to the issue , would definitely use them again”

“The tap ordered was actually pewter not chrome. It took many weeks to arrive but Lucy Broadbent of customer services promptly answer queries and pursued the sale. The tap was worth the wait and is of obvious quality.”
